Instead of doing New Year's resolutions, I like to give myself 30-day challenges to find what lifestyle changes suit me best. My blog is focused on taking control of your life and constantly challenging yourself to be better. Here, I talk about my successes in lifestyle changes as well as my utter failures (let's say I'm not becoming vegan any time soon) and just about anything else that I really want to talk about.
